It must be tournament season. We are busy putting together the Search for Vengeance and tournament requests
are rolling in. I am also working on our online tournament request system. Pretty soon
we should have automatic posts, which will make my life easier.

GenCon was GREAT!If you missed it make sure to
plan to go next year. The Highlander Events ran non-stop. Type 1 was popular but not
near as popular as the Second Edition Sealed deck format. Every Second Edition set was available at our
booth as well as the GenCon premier Connor VS Kurgan and Duncan VS Xavier decks. The highlight was the Master’s Sealed deck on Sunday where
everyone was given a Quickening card and 6 headshots. As you can imagine very few players got out of the
tournament with their head and their Qs. Next year you can expect a qualifier for this event since we suspect
it will be more popular than the capacity. Imagine having the chance to get a Quickening card from each
player? Results for the first Second Edition
World Championships will be posted soon. Also look for a new tournament posting system. I
am hoping to have it live within the next 60 days. All tournaments will be auto-posted when you sign up
for a prize pack. Thank you to everyone who helped make GenCon a success. And thanks for playing Mike Sager

GenCon is comingWhat a week, sorry I missed a week on the quiz, I was
at Scout Camp that week. But a new one is up now. I am busy getting ready for GenCon.
We are premiering some new starter decks in a versus format. Duncan VS Xavier and Connor VS Kurgin.
Most of the cards are just reprints put into a nice playable deck. But each immortal is getting
a few new cards that will only be available in these decks. They presently exclusive at GenCon.
Also at GenCon we are introducing some new Hilt cards only available for winners of regional and National championships!

Prize pack 3Everyone should look for the Prize Pack 3 in the Shop
Online button at the left. New prize packs will only be available in tournament packs until the next prize
pack is released. So, talk to your local store or club and get a tournament going to be the first on the

Welcome to the incredible
world of the immortals, the world of Highlander! Based on the immensely popular motion pictures
and television series, of the same name, Highlander: The Card Game 2nd edition
is a collectible trading card game of swashbuckling swordplay and dark intrigue.
The first Highlander movie was released in
1986, and became a cult classic. The movie starred Christopher Lambert as the hero, Connor MacLeod; Sean
Connery played his friend and mentor Ramirez; and Clancy Brown assumed the role of The Kurgan , Connor's most deadly enemy.
Three sequels were produced, and a television series starring Adrian Paul as Connor's dashing cousin, Duncan MacLeod.
This year will see the Fourth Sequel to the Series, the first of a Trilogy.
In Highlander: The Card Game 2nd
edition, players assume the roles of Immortals like Connor, Ramirez, The Kurgan , and Duncan . These Immortals are mysterious
wanderers who can only die if their heads are severed from their bodies. Immortals spend eternity honing their sword-fighting
skills, trying to reach the time of The Gathering, when they will battle to the last. To the victor goes The Prize, an enigmatic
goal of legendary proportions that no one really understands. It is simply known among them that he who wields its power will
command the destiny of the entire world. Quite a prize indeed.
To attain this goal some Immortals will stop at nothing, while others follow a stricter code of
honor and decency in their quest. In the end, for better or worse...
